Senior UX Researcher

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Researcher to join our team at Equinox Fitness Club. As a Senior UX Researcher, you will be responsible for delivering human-centered insights that inform and shape our digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to understand user attitudes and behavior throughout the entire product lifecycle.
  • Develop and execute research studies from start to finish, including developing screeners, creating discussion guides, managing recruitment, and moderating sessions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, product managers, operations, and business teams to ensure that user needs are met.
  • Deliver and communicate human-centered insights, findings, and recommendations that inform and shape our product strategy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in UX research.
  • Excellent knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
  • Experience synthesizing findings and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a curious mindset.
