This role involves delivering exceptional service to clients and colleagues across Canada, ensuring their inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service to investment advisors, support teams, and investors through inbound contact center interactions
- Address inquiries regarding investment strategies, products, and services
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure prompt and effective resolution of client requests
- Represent the company with professionalism, providing precise and clear information
- Track and report on client inquiries to ensure consistency with service standards
Requirements:
- A completed degree and diploma
- Fluently Bilingual in English and French
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, inclusive, and fast-paced environment
- Passion for delivering an exceptional client experience
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail
