Job Title: Director, Global People & Culture

At WhiteWater, we are seeking a seasoned Director, Global People & Culture to lead our people strategy and drive business success. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative, global people and culture strategies that align with our company's vision and values.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement global people and culture strategies that drive business results and enhance employee engagement.
  • Lead the development and implementation of country-specific people and culture programs to standardize domestic and field programs.
  • Provide expert guidance on global mobility issues, including policies, processes, immigration, tax matters, and legislative changes.
  • Manage the administration of domestic and international programs, including expatriate benefits.
  • Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement talent and total rewards strategies.
  • Drive a culture of support, employee retention, wellbeing, and productivity.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Administration, Business, or Finance.
  • Minimum 5 years of Human Resources experience, with progressive leadership responsibility, or equivalent combination of related training and experience.
  • Proven experience in all aspects of Human Resources programs, practices, and governing legislation.
  • Specialized training or experience in learning and development, performance management, coaching, facilitation, talent assessment, or global mobility.
