Job Title: Director, Corporate Planning and Performance

WhiteWater is seeking a seasoned Director, Corporate Planning and Performance to lead our people strategy. As a key member of our People & Culture team, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of innovative, global HR strategies, policies, and programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement global HR strategies, policies, and programs to support business objectives.
  • Lead the design and implementation of country platforms to standardize domestic and field HR programs.
  • Provide expert guidance on global mobility issues, including policies, processes, immigration, tax matters, and legislative changes.
  • Manage the administration of domestic and international programs, including expatriate benefits.
  • Collaborate with remote employees and the corporate office to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Partner with third-party vendors for relocation, immigration, and benefits programs.
  • Lead engagement efforts, including the Pulse Check Survey, Team20, and leadership development.
  • Sponsor DEI&B initiatives and work with the Committee to drive change.
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with business leaders to develop a strong understanding of their objectives and workforce requirements.
  • Provide advice and guidance on strategic staffing issues, including succession planning, senior staff rotation, structures, and change management.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of talent and total rewards strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Administration, Business, or Finance.
  • 15+ years of Human Resources experience, with progressive leadership responsibility, or equivalent combination of related training and experience.
  • Proven experience in all aspects of HR programs, practices, and governing legislation.
  • Specialized training or experience in learning and development, performance management, coaching, facilitation, talent assessment.
  • Experience with global mobility principles and policies in a complex organization is an asset.
  • Sound judgment, relationship-building, client service, and the ability to work both strategically and operationally.
