Job Title: Director, Global People & Culture



About the Role:



We are seeking a seasoned People and Culture leader to drive our global people strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative HR programs, policies, and practices that promote a culture of collaboration, trust, and engagement.



Key Responsibilities:





  • Develop and implement global people strategy in alignment with WhiteWater's business objectives

  • Provide leadership to the People and Culture team to drive HR programs, policies, and practices

  • Manage the administration of domestic and international employee programs, including expatriate benefits

  • Partner with senior leaders to develop strategic staffing plans and provide advice on talent and total rewards strategies

  • Drive a culture of engagement, retention, and well-being through various initiatives and programs



Requirements:





  • Minimum 5 years of Human Resources experience with progressive leadership responsibility

  • Proven experience in global mobility principles and policies, including policies, processes, immigration, tax matters, and legislative changes

  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to coach, advise, and guide others, and lead and motivate others for high performance

  • Cross-cultural experience is highly valued

  • Certified Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) is required
