As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative, global people strategies, policies, and programs. Your expertise will help us standardize domestic and field people programs, manage global mobility issues, and ensure compliance in people practices.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement global people strategies, policies, and programs
  • Manage the implementation of country platforms to standardize domestic and field people programs
  • Act as the subject matter expert on global mobility issues
  • Manage the administration of domestic and international people programs
  • Serve as a link between remote employees and the corporate office

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Administration, Business, or Finance
  • 15+ years of Human Resources experience with progressive leadership responsibility
  • CPHR required
  • Proven experience in all aspects of Human Resources programs, practices, and governing legislation
