Position: Senior Product Lead - Advertising Formats

  • Steer the product vision, strategy, development, and implementation of impactful and innovative Advertising Format solutions that empower users to engage and advertisers to narrate compelling stories to meet their business goals.
  • Enhance existing advertising formats and iterate to inspire user action.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams including engineering, design, data analytics, marketing, legal, and sales.
  • Assume complete responsibility for driving business results and success for the product suite.
  • Balance various business priorities and make essential trade-offs among Pinterest stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years focused on advertising.
  • Excellent communication skills to align multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • Skilled in data analysis and various pricing strategies.
  • Capability to lead in ambiguous situations and deliver results efficiently.
  • Previous experience in yield management, pricing, and consumer products is advantageous.
