Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Horton. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and dining areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
  • Requisition Supplies: Order and manage food and kitchen supplies to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Supervise Kitchen Staff: Lead and train a team of kitchen staff to ensure excellent food preparation and presentation.
  • Train Staff: Provide ongoing training and coaching to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate Ingredients: Accurately estimate ingredient and supply needs for meal preparation.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our high-quality standards.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Food Order Summaries: Prepare detailed summaries of food orders for our chef.
  • Tray Assembly: Supervise and inspect the assembly of trays.
  • Food Trolley Delivery: Supervise and inspect the delivery of food trolleys.
