Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at SUBWAY. As a key member of our restaurant staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean and safe environment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces to maintain a high level of hygiene and safety.
  • Operate dishwashers and wash dishes, glassware, and flatware by hand to ensure cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Restock supplies, including condiments, utensils, and cleaning products, to maintain a well-stocked kitchen.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors.
  • Assist with receiving, unpacking, and storing supplies, including food, beverages, and cleaning products.
  • Participate in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment by following proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
