Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at KFC. As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our kitchen and front-of-house areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of food service staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the efficient operation of the kitchen and front-of-house areas, including inventory management, stock control, and waste reduction.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a safe and healthy working environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations and procedures.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and support to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year (or equivalent experience)
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 35 to 44 hours per week
