We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Team Member to join our team at SUBWAY. As a Food Service Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive high-quality food and beverages in a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize all equipment, utensils, and work surfaces to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook food to order, including sandwiches, salads, and other menu items.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and handling customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies, including food, beverages, and cleaning products.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs), and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Language: English.
