Recruitment Coordinator Specialist

We are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator Specialist to join our team at Ace Community College. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and maintain work priorities and ensure adherence to established protocols and deadlines.
- Coordinate various office services, including accommodation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Compile data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 2 years of experience in recruitment or human resources.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organizational and time management skills.
