Job Summary

We are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator Specialist to join our team at Ace Community College. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and maintain work priorities and ensure adherence to established protocols and deadlines.
  • Coordinate various office services, including accommodation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Compile data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 2 years of experience in recruitment or human resources.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
