About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying staffing requirements, preparing advertisements, collecting and screening applicants, advising on employment requirements, reviewing candidate inventories, coordinating selection boards, and notifying applicants of results.
Key Responsibilities:
- IDentify current and prospective staffing requirements in accordance with business needs
- Prepare and post notices and advertisements to attract top talent
- Collect and screen applicants, ensuring they meet the necessary qualifications and criteria
- Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment, providing clear guidance and support
- Review candidate inventories, assessing their suitability for roles and making recommendations as needed
- Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews, ensuring timely communication and follow-up
- Coordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates, making informed decisions about hiring
- Notify applicants of results of the selection process, preparing job offers and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience

- Eligibility to work in Canada, with a valid work permit or visa
