Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Integrated Workforce Ltd. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and employment consulting. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing and posting job notices, collecting and screening applicants, and coordinating selection and examination boards. They will also provide advice to managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.

Requirements
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
  • Prepare and post job notices and advertisements
  • Collect and screen applicants
  • Review candidate inventories
  • Recruit graduates of colleges, universities and other educational institutions
  • Coordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates
  • Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers
  • Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures
  • Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures
  • Supervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing and record-keeping duties
