Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Staffing Officer to join our team at Swis Recruitment & Employment Ltd. As a Staffing Officer, you will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, collecting and screening applicants, and advising job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements and develop strategies to address them.
  • Collect and screen applicants, ensuring they meet the necessary qualifications and requirements.
  • Advise job applicants on employment requirements, terms and conditions of employment, and company policies.
  • Review candidate inventories and recommend suitable candidates for positions.
  • Coordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.
  • Notify applicants of results of the selection process and prepare job offers.
  • Supervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing, and record-keeping duties.
  • Recruit and hire staff, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
