Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to our schools and divisions. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to school administrators and staff
- Coordinate and schedule events and meetings
- Manage records and files
- Perform other related duties as required
Qualifications
- Minimum Grade 12 diploma from an institution recognized by the Board of Education
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to change and be flexible
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as an effective team member
Compensation
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary in accordance with the applicable collective agreement, currently estimated at $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. A comprehensive benefits package is also provided.
