Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated healthcare professional to join our team at INFOSAGE SYSTEMS. The ideal candidate will have experience in various healthcare settings, including hospitals, medical offices, and assisted living facilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing primary care services to patients across the lifespan, conducting physical assessments, diagnosing health conditions, developing patient care plans, administering medications and treatments, and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality primary care services to patients of all ages.
  • Conduct thorough physical assessments and diagnose health conditions accurately.
  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care.

Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
  • Proficiency in using electronic health record systems like Cerner.
  • Competence in medication administration.
  • Skilled in case management for complex patient needs.

Compensation:
