Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Jewelry Department Supervisor to join our team at Westshore Jewelry. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our jewelry department, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Manage Sales Floor: Oversee the sales floor, ensuring a visually appealing and well-organized store environment that showcases our products effectively.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and minimizing losses.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or jewelry industry setting.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
