Meat Department Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Meat Department Manager to join our team at Alimentation Raymond Rousseau inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing and controlling daily operations, evaluating daily operations, and planning and organizing daily operations.
Key Responsibilities- Direct and control daily operations, ensuring efficient and effective execution of tasks.
- Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Plan and organize daily operations, including locating, selecting, and procuring merchandise for resale.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote sales and increase revenue.
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability.
- Supervise office and volunteer staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Monitor quality and production levels, ensuring high-quality products and services.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
