Meat Department Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Meat Department Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our meat department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of product quality.
Key Responsibilities- Team Management: Supervise and train a team of staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize waste and maximize sales.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet our high standards of quality and freshness.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge of meat cutting and sales principles.
