Meat Department Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Meat Department Manager to oversee the daily operations of our meat department. The successful candidate will have a strong background in meat cutting and sales, as well as excellent leadership and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities- Direct and control daily meat department operations
- Evaluate and improve meat department performance
- Plan and organize meat department inventory and displays
- Locate and procure high-quality meat products for resale
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for meat products
- Plan and manage meat department budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
- Supervise and train meat department staff
- Monitor and maintain high-quality meat products and ensure excellent customer service
