Technical Support Specialist

At Feufo Inc, we're seeking a skilled Technical Client Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch support to clients, escalating complex issues when necessary
- Utilize our ticketing system to track and resolve issues efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve overall support quality
- Respond to help desk tickets, troubleshoot technical requests, and provide solutions
- Support day-to-day project initiatives and ensure smooth operations
- Install and maintain computer equipment, hardware, and software
- Prepare and install equipment and software for new and existing users
- Meet service level agreements (SLAs) by partnering with L2 and Expert teams
- Research and document customer technical issues, providing valuable insights for future improvements
- Work closely with the Technical Support team to manage customer inquiries and escalate when necessary
Requirements
- Practical knowledge of workstation management and troubleshooting
- Experience with Windows operating systems, including installation, recovery, and updates
- Practical approach to application, network, and server troubleshooting
- O365 Migration experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong logical thinker with good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and prioritize tasks
