Technical Support Specialist

At Feufo Inc, we're seeking a skilled Technical Client Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch support to clients, escalating complex issues when necessary
  • Utilize our ticketing system to track and resolve issues efficiently
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve overall support quality
  • Respond to help desk tickets, troubleshoot technical requests, and provide solutions
  • Support day-to-day project initiatives and ensure smooth operations
  • Install and maintain computer equipment, hardware, and software
  • Prepare and install equipment and software for new and existing users
  • Meet service level agreements (SLAs) by partnering with L2 and Expert teams
  • Research and document customer technical issues, providing valuable insights for future improvements
  • Work closely with the Technical Support team to manage customer inquiries and escalate when necessary

Requirements

  • Practical knowledge of workstation management and troubleshooting
  • Experience with Windows operating systems, including installation, recovery, and updates
  • Practical approach to application, network, and server troubleshooting
  • O365 Migration experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong logical thinker with good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and prioritize tasks
