Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers and internal stakeholders, resolving complex technical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers and internal stakeholders, resolving complex technical issues related to ABB Analytical products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, technical notes, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Participate in the design and development of new products and services, ensuring they meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their technical requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.
Qualifications

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support Specialist with a strong background in analytical instrumentation. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
