Rising Edge Group is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. This role will provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and maintain office supply inventories, ensuring adequate stock levels for day-to-day operations.
  • Process and distribute incoming correspondence in a timely manner, maintaining accurate records of received documents.
  • Ensure all crew members and visitors are properly signed-in to relevant Sitedocs files and site requirements.
  • Maintain accurate inspection sheets and safety documents, scanning them to SharePoint and filing in designated binders.
  • Prepare daily PODs (Periodic On-Site Documents), which include updates on daily activities, and e-mail them as required.
  • Develop three-week look-ahead reports, highlighting personnel on-site, daily activities, weather, and photographs.
  • Scan and file equipment inspection forms weekly, printing blank forms for the upcoming week.
  • Promote 100% crew attendance at weekly safety meetings.
  • Conduct daily quality control checks to ensure staff adhere to provided QC Forms, Quantify Pictures, and UTM Coordinates as per Inspection and Test Plans.
  • Maintain the officer trailer in an organized and tidy state.
  • Verify and update records for equipment, trucks, and test equipment on-site, including identification numbers, wash logs, and calibration certificates.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees regarding Cognibox usage and training requirements.
  • Manage and maintain employee profiles in Cognibox.
  • Collaborate with project teams to facilitate training schedules and ensure compliance with required training and certifications.
Requirements
  • A High School Diploma is mandatory.
  • At least two years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficient computer skills for general day-to-day tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including MS Outlook.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 functions is an asset.
  • Proficiency in PDF file formats and Adobe Acrobat or other PDF software.
  • Knowledge of standard office equipment operation.
  • Understanding of clerical and administrative procedures, including filing, bookkeeping, and organizing office documents and equipment.

The salary range for this position is approximately $55,000 - $65,000 annually, based on industry standards and location factors.
