We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Tradewinds Heating and Cooling. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to the HR department to ensure seamless execution of tasks and projects.
- Coordinate the flow of information within the team to ensure effective communication.
- Office Management
- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure a well-stocked and efficient workspace.
- Perform data entry and maintain digital databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Communication and Customer Service
- Answer electronic inquiries and respond to customer requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Technical Skills
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and database software.
- Familiarity with Google Drive and Adobe Acrobat Reader.
- Work Environment
- Work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
