About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Tradewinds Heating and Cooling. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the HR department to ensure seamless execution of tasks and projects.
    • Coordinate the flow of information within the team to ensure effective communication.
  • Office Management
    • Manage office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure a well-stocked and efficient workspace.
    • Perform data entry and maintain digital databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Communication and Customer Service
    • Answer electronic inquiries and respond to customer requests in a timely and professional manner.
    • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and database software.
    • Familiarity with Google Drive and Adobe Acrobat Reader.
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
