The Senior Performance Media Manager will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and optimizing media campaigns with a strong emphasis on performance media and digital channels. They will report directly to the Media Director and drive successful outcomes for clients by leveraging data-driven insights and innovative digital strategies across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain internal and external relationships through clear communication.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing media team.
  • Oversee the execution of media plans, including channel optimizations.
  • Seek innovative ways to implement media and deliver unexpected results.
  • Stay up-to-date with new media innovations and implement them effectively.
  • Improve paid media strategies for clients to exceed their goals.
  • Pitch new business and present to clients, aiming to grow existing accounts.
  • Adjust client Paid Media strategies in response to market changes and industry developments.
  • Maintain strong professional relationships with clients, suppliers, and agency partners.
  • Have a solid working knowledge of agency and industry systems and tools.
  • Conduct regular market analysis and competitive research to identify trends and opportunities for client campaigns.
  • Implement comprehensive performance tracking and data analysis systems to evaluate and enhance ROI.
  • Foster a culture of innovation within the team, encouraging experimentation with new media platforms and technologies.
  • Engage actively in industry events and conferences to represent the agency and stay informed about industry developments.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience working in media across all channels (search, social, programmatic, video, etc.).
  • 6+ years of experience managing a team of performance marketers and planners, preferably at an agency.
  • Experience managing and planning multi-channel media for large budgets.
  • In-depth experience executing full-funnel campaigns of varying objectives (awareness, prospecting, retargeting, acquisition, etc.).
  • Ability to understand client goals and translate them into strategic campaigns.
  • Clear communicator with strategic insights and ability to create buy-in.
  • Digitally savvy with passion for emerging media and Google Analytics.
  • Strong written and presentation skills.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience. The estimated salary range is based on industry standards and the company's budget allocation for this role.
