About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling government and private sector projects, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive digital strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Digital Strategies: Develop and implement effective digital marketing plans that align with LHR Américas' business objectives.
  • Campaign Management: Manage and execute marketing campaigns across various digital platforms, ensuring maximum reach and engagement.
  • Collaboration and Client Management: Collaborate with government entities and private sector clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored marketing solutions.
  • Content Development: Lead and oversee the development of content, including digital content, social media posts, email campaigns, and website updates.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, providing detailed reports and insights to senior management.
  • Industry Trends and Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends, digital marketing tools, and emerging technologies to bring innovative ideas to the team.
  • Team Management: Coordinate with various internal departments to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts, and manage and mentor the marketing team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, particularly in the digital marketing space.
  • Extensive knowledge working on government and private sector projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful marketing and communication strategies.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and analytics.
