Food and Beverage Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Delta Hotels Montreal. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service and quality standards are met in all aspects of food and beverage operations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a team of food and beverage staff to deliver outstanding service and quality
- Inspect and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in all food and beverage areas
- Complete opening and closing duties, including setting up necessary supplies and tools, and ensuring all equipment is in good working order
- Monitor and control inventory levels, and requisition necessary supplies
- Assist with scheduling, training, and evaluating staff, and provide coaching and feedback as needed
- Follow all company and safety policies and procedures, and report any accidents or incidents to management
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in hospitality or a related field an asset
- At least 2 years of related work experience, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
