Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of food and beverage staff to deliver outstanding service and quality.
  • Inspect and maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety in all food and beverage areas.
  • Conduct inventory and stock management to ensure efficient operations and minimize waste.
  • Monitor and address guest feedback and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies to improve service, quality, and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in food and beverage management or supervision.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional service and quality in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
