As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage services, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve high standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of staff to ensure excellent customer service and high standards of quality and service.
  • Inspect and maintain the cleanliness and organization of food and beverage areas, including storage and inventory management.
  • Monitor and control food and beverage costs, including inventory management and ordering supplies.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and high standards of quality and service.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in food and beverage management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing a team to achieve high standards of quality and service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
