Job Description

This Sales Operations Coordinator position plays a crucial role in supporting the success of our National Multi Unit Customers. The primary responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating customer activities and providing internal support to their customer account teams
  • Facilitating interactions between internal supporting departments and customer corporate offices
  • Organizing all essential communication for key projects, such as promotions and product changes
  • Managing order guide process and coordinating new item set-ups

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of customer service, inside sales and/or business experience, along with excellent written, verbal, organizational, and communication skills.
