Regional Operations Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Regional Operations Coordinator to join our team at IA Financial Group. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our sales team by coordinating events, planning meetings, and providing administrative assistance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with the sales team on event planning, including booking venues, creating promotional materials, and tracking registrations.
  • Arrange and schedule meetings and events, attending some as onsite coordinator or note-taker.
  • Assist in preparing letters, marketing materials, email campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Prepare expense reports and invoices, following up on payments.
  • Support the RVP with expense submissions, travel plans, and presentation slide preparation.
  • Develop relationships with clients (MGA's, Advisors, Admin Assistants) and serve as a key point of contact.
  • Administer tasks for special events, such as holiday card design and distribution.
  • Order and manage promotional items.
  • Handle confidential documents and maintain confidentiality.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or College diploma.
  • Project management skills.
  • Precision, thoroughness, and diligence in handling tasks, with attention to detail.
  • Event planning skills.
  • Ability to prioritize work and manage change to meet deadlines.
  • Computer knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is an asset.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
