We are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join our team at Peoples Trust in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, or Montreal.

This role offers a competitive annual salary of $52,500 plus a discretionary profit share opportunity. The salary may vary between $50,000 and $55,000 per year depending on the candidate's qualifications.

About the Role:

This position involves working as part of a hybrid team, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver sales-related documentation and processes. You will work closely with the business development team to coordinate meetings, calls, and demos.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing, filing, and retrieving sales-related documents;
  • Coordinating meetings, calls, and demos for the business development team;
  • Preparing account service-related documents and client communications;
  • Maintaining current work-in-progress records and archives of past project information;
  • Liaising with internal teams to ensure proper pre- and post-sales service;
  • Maintaining and updating sales and customer records;
  • Creating and maintaining reports and sales pipeline for executive leadership and senior members of the sales team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • 1+ year of experience working in a sales environment;
  • Strong administration and coordination skills;
  • Excellent knowledge of customer service and sales standards;
  • Tech-savviness in CRM software, Microsoft Office suite (Excel), LawVu, and other platforms;
  • The ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment, with strong time management skills;
  • A comfort level attending in-person meetings and sales-related events;
  • The ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.

We prioritize detail-oriented individuals who can maintain accurate records and execute tasks efficiently. Your proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and LawVu will be essential in managing sales data and reports effectively.
