Sales Leadership Position

SRED.io is a leading innovator in helping companies fund their innovation goals. The Director of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of BDRs and AEs to drive sales growth and success.
  • Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting in Outreach.io to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Implement and optimize sales processes and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness, resulting in increased productivity and revenue.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to the leadership team, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS sales, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Ability to get stuff done and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
