Oak Valley Health, a leading community healthcare organization in Ontario, is seeking a visionary leader to join our team as President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). As a champion for our organization, you will be responsible for navigating the rapidly evolving healthcare landscape and positioning Oak Valley Health for success.

With a patient-centered approach, we provide high-quality care to over 437,000 individuals annually through diagnostic and emergency care services, clinical programs in acute care medicine and surgery, addictions and mental health, and childbirth and children's services.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Senior Leadership Team and provide inspirational leadership to effectively navigate the healthcare landscape
- Ensure the highest quality of care is delivered to patients and families
- Foster the organization's 'honoured to care culture' and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Build positive relationships with the Ministry of Health, Ontario Health, and other partners and stakeholders
- Prioritize patient experience as a key facet of quality
We are seeking a highly skilled communicator with progressive senior leadership experience, ideally in healthcare. You will have a dossier of demonstrated achievements accompanied by an impeccable reputation. A collaborative and dynamic leader, you will also demonstrate an unwavering commitment to advance equity, diversity, inclusion, and belonging across staff and patient interactions.
