Job Summary

We are seeking a visionary leader to join our team as President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). As CEO, you will lead the Senior Leadership Team, providing inspirational leadership to effectively navigate the rapidly evolving healthcare landscape and position the organization to thrive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Senior Leadership Team to achieve organizational goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive innovation and growth
  • Ensure the highest quality of care is delivered to patients and families
  • Foster a culture of excellence, respect, and inclusivity
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including the Ministry of Health, Ontario Health, and community partners
Requirements
  • Progressive senior leadership experience in healthcare, ideally with a CEO or President role
  • Proven track record of driving innovation, growth, and excellence in a healthcare setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including patients, families, and community partners
  • Commitment to advancing equity, diversity, inclusion, and belonging in the workplace
