Job Summary

We are seeking a visionary leader to join our team as President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). As CEO, you will lead the Senior Leadership Team, providing inspirational leadership to effectively navigate the rapidly evolving healthcare landscape and position the organization to thrive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the overall operations and financial management of the organization
  • Ensure the highest quality of care is delivered to patients and families
  • Foster the organization's 'honoured to care culture' and promote diversity and inclusion
  • Build positive relationships with the Ministry of Health, Ontario Health, and other partners and stakeholders
  • Prioritize patient experience as a key facet of quality

  • Progressive senior leadership experience, ideally in healthcare
