Oak Valley Health, a leading community healthcare organization in Ontario, is seeking a visionary leader to join our team as President and Chief Executive Officer. As a respected healthcare organization, we deliver high-quality care to over 437,000 individuals annually through our hospitals and Reactivation Care Centre.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will lead our Senior Leadership Team, providing inspirational leadership to navigate the rapidly evolving healthcare landscape and position the organization for success. With a strong track record of progressive senior leadership experience, ideally in healthcare, you will have a proven ability to collaborate and build positive relationships with key stakeholders, including the Ministry of Health and Ontario Health.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Senior Leadership Team to drive organizational success and growth
- Develop and implement strategic plans to advance healthcare services and quality
- Foster a culture of innovation, equity, diversity, inclusion, and belonging
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, families, and community partners
We are seeking a collaborative and dynamic leader with a strong track record of achievement in healthcare. You will have a solid understanding of the diversity of staff, patients, and the broader community, and be committed to advancing equity, diversity, inclusion, and belonging. Academic credentials consistent with industry practice at the CEO level are required.
