Job SummaryWe are seeking a visionary leader to join our team as President and Chief Executive Officer. As a highly respected healthcare organization, we are committed to transforming healthcare across our communities. Our CEO will lead the Senior Leadership Team, providing inspirational leadership to effectively navigate the rapidly evolving healthcare landscape and position the organization for success.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Senior Leadership Team to drive organizational growth and innovation
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve patient care and outcomes
- Foster a culture of excellence, equity, and inclusion across the organization
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including the Ministry of Health, Ontario Health, and community partners
- Ensure the highest quality of care is delivered to patients and families
- Progressive senior leadership experience in healthcare, ideally with a CEO-level role
- Proven track record of driving organizational growth and innovation
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Commitment to advancing equity, diversity, inclusion, and belonging across staff and patient interactions
- Academic credentials consistent with industry practice at the CEO level
