Job Summary

We are seeking a visionary leader to join our team as President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). As CEO, you will be responsible for the overall operations and financial management of the organization, ensuring the highest quality of care is delivered to patients and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Senior Leadership Team to effectively navigate the rapidly evolving healthcare landscape
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and innovation
  • Foster a culture of excellence and patient-centered care
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including the Ministry of Health, Ontario Health, and community partners
  • Ensure the organization's 'honoured to care culture' is upheld and promoted
Requirements
  • Progressive senior leadership experience in healthcare, ideally with a track record of success in transformation and growth
  • Proven ability to collaborate and build positive relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Academic credentials consistent with industry practice at the CEO level
  • Commitment to advancing equity, diversity, inclusion, and belonging across staff and patient interactions
