ICA Engineers Inc. seeks a highly skilled Corporate Sales Director to lead our sales team in building relationships with business clients and negotiating sales contracts. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for planning and controlling budget and expenditures, as well as determining strategic planning related to new product lines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct performance reviews and lead sales team in building relationships with business clients.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures.
  • Determine strategic planning related to new product lines.
  • Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales.
  • Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs.

Requirements

  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Experience in sales and business development.
