We are seeking a Strategic Sales Director to lead our membership growth efforts. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive membership sales and retention. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality and experience with professional sports teams or clubs. They will also possess proven sales skills and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

About the Role:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive membership growth.
  2. Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets.
  3. Partner with marketing to develop membership campaigns.
  4. Manage annual budgets and report on sales performance.
  5. Build and maintain relationships with corporate partners.

About the Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in sales leadership.
  3. Experience in hospitality or professional sports is desired.
  4. Proven sales skills and ability to meet targets.
  5. Strong communication and leadership skills.

What We Offer:

Annual salary range is $90,000 - $105,000. Benefits include medical and dental, generous vacation, health and wellness allowance, personal services, and discounted parking.
