Strategic Sales Director for Membership Growth

We are seeking a Strategic Sales Director to lead our membership growth efforts. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive membership sales and retention. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality and experience with professional sports teams or clubs. They will also possess proven sales skills and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
About the Role:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive membership growth.
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets.
- Partner with marketing to develop membership campaigns.
- Manage annual budgets and report on sales performance.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate partners.
About the Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales leadership.
- Experience in hospitality or professional sports is desired.
- Proven sales skills and ability to meet targets.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
What We Offer:
Annual salary range is $90,000 - $105,000. Benefits include medical and dental, generous vacation, health and wellness allowance, personal services, and discounted parking.
