Practice Manager

Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Planning & Execution- Develop and execute plans to improve daily operations, ensuring maximum productivity and operational excellence.
- Conduct regular reviews of the clinic environment and key business indicators to identify areas for improvement.
- Partner with Compliance, DC Institute, and Human Resources to ensure the clinic meets provincial health regulation standards.
- Oversee compliance programs and prioritize patient safety.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the team to improve productivity and patient retention.
- Implement company programs, policies, and procedures, and support action plans to meet operational and company objectives.
- University or College Diploma in Business or Office Administration.
- 3-5 years of experience in a clinical setting, retail sales, or customer service environment.
- Supervisory or management experience, including staff scheduling, finances, inventory, and people management.
- Strong business acumen and experience with budgeting and forecasting.
- Experience with dental software systems and Microsoft Office is preferred.
- Commitment to maintaining health regulation and operational standards.
The salary range is from $75,000 to $80,000 annually, depending on experience. Annual salary will be discussed during the interview process.
