About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Farm Workers Supervisor to join our team at Greatland Farms LTD. as a key member of our farm operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Agricultural Services: Ensure the efficient and effective provision of agricultural crop services, including plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying, and harvesting.
  • Supervise Farm Workers: Coordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting laborers to ensure optimal productivity and quality.
  • Maintain Farm Safety: Ensure that all farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Quality Control and Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality control and production records to inform decision-making and improve farm operations.
  • Livestock and Crop Management: Supervise and oversee breeding and other livestock-related programs, as well as growing and other crop-related operations.
  • Work Records and Logs: Maintain accurate and detailed work records and logs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • General Farm Duties: Perform general farm duties as required to ensure the smooth operation of the farm.
