About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Farm Laborer to join our team at Fraser Blu Properties Ltd. as a General Farm Worker.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply fertilizers and other agricultural products to crops to promote healthy growth and development.
• Clean and maintain the crops to ensure optimal quality and yield.
• Cut and harvest crops using manual or mechanical equipment.
• Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops to ensure proper growth and development.
• Weeding and other tasks to maintain crop health and prevent pests and diseases.
• Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment to ensure efficient and safe operation.
• Examine products for quality and readiness for market.

Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and physically demanding tasks. The role requires attention to detail, ability to work independently, and as part of a team.

Physical Demands

• Bending, crouching, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
• Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
• Ability to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) and 23 kg (50 lbs) with assistance.
