Job Title: Parliamentary Office Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Parliamentary Office Director. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our Member of Parliament.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the MP, including calendar management, correspondence, and data entry.
  • Coordinate the MP's schedule, including meetings, committee work, and parliamentary duties.
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage with stakeholders and the public.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a political office or a similar environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different communication styles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
