Job Title: Parliamentary Office Director
**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Parliamentary Office Director. As a key member of our team, you will provide critical support to our Member of Parliament in their work in committees and the Chamber.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide administrative support to the MP, including managing their calendar, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence
* Assist with the development and implementation of the MP's legislative agenda
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure effective communication and coordination
* Perform general administrative duties, including data entry and record-keeping
**Requirements**
* Previous experience in a political office or a similar environment
* Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage competing deadlines
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
