We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Mahalakshmi Enterprises Inc. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our sales goals are met.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, including assigning duties, providing guidance and support, and conducting performance reviews.
- Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, maintain a visually appealing store display, and ensure that merchandise is accurately priced and stocked.
- Cash Handling: Manage cash and credit transactions, process returns and exchanges, and maintain a secure and organized cash handling system.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries and concerns, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, track inventory levels, and identify areas for improvement.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe store environment, including the maintenance of fixtures, equipment, and inventory.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 32 hours per week
