At Parsons Oman, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrator to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Client Chief, ensuring efficient time management and the absence of conflicts.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and 5+ years of experience in executive administration. Proficient in using MS software and strong computer skills are also essential. Experience in Qatar or GCC is preferred, but not mandatory.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Schedule management: Handle Client Chief's day-to-day time schedule to ensure an efficient time management process and the absence of conflicts.
  • Administrative support: Write and edit minutes, draft and/or type complex reports and correspondences while ensuring consistency and standardization of formats.
  • Travel logistics: Coordinate with travel teams to manage travel, transportation, and accommodation for Client Chief and/or related departments.
  • Document control: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail for the department, prepare and arrange distribution of outgoing mail to relevant parties, and consolidate, maintain, and update computerized records of departmental activity.
