About the Role:
The Northwest Employment Works is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to support the Office of the President & Chief Executive Officer (CEO). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and coverage in the absence of the Executive Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to the Executive Operations Manager, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, arranging meetings, preparing documents, drafting correspondence, and maintaining filing systems.
- Assisting with travel arrangements, expense reimbursements, and record management.
- Supporting special projects and events, including logistics for meetings, conferences, and events.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A Grade 12 education and/or post-secondary education in Secretarial Arts or office administration.
- Two years' experience in an office administration setting.
- Demonstrated understanding of and competence in serving culturally diverse populations.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and coordinating skills.
- Proficient written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
